The location was magnificent and brilliant, just off the Aber Falls as well as the bistro in the evening. The rooms they have were neat and cheap with the bath and en suite bathroom plus fantastic views.

The place was spotlessly clean with a well-trained staff with a good manager.

The location is great.
The room was small, and rather secluded; a light bulb was defective, the towel hook was broken out.

Very good choice at breakfast. Self-service allows you to take what you want. Numerous rooms for hotel guests (lounge, common room, bistro, restaurant) ensure that you can spend time in the hotel in a pleasant way even in bad weather.

Decent stay with some quirks
The bathroom door was tricky too. Staff were friendly, but the checkout felt a bit rushed. Dinner was nice, but breakfast didn't impress. The lounge had some cool old stuff, could use less 80s furniture though.

Everything, early check in fabulous room with a sea view which was booked for the following night or we would have stayed there for another night. Danielle was helpful with booking the same room in two weeks time. I can confidently recommend this hotel

The location is great, right by the beach and bustling with unique shops and eateries. Our sea view room was spacious, and we loved exploring the local boutiques and grabbing a boat trip to Puffin Island. Perfect for a family getaway with my girlfriend!
In my wife's opinion, the dining options could be more kid-friendly.
